Nabiar is the Island Princely State of western cost of British India, formed in 1700. The first king of Nabiar Kingdom, Nabiar Sunanda, ran away from the shores of the western ghats and found the Island after swimming a distance. The East India Company came over in 1721 and took over the half of the lands of Nabiar. Under the scrutinizing administration of East India Company, an abandoned female princess—Nabiar Yudha's daughter—made her way to the top and reclaimed all the lands of Nabiar—became the first female sovereign of the longstanding reign of Nabiar Family. Her journey to the top was a very dicey one, except she met someone in her times of need. One was an aspirant, the other was highly talented. Together, they formed the Matriarch Sovereign of Nabiar Kingdom.
